Reservation dining staff were very friendly with really great service which to me is more Riu palace typical. We had Randolph at the buffet multiple times and his service in his section was FANTASTIC. Which again is more Riu palace experience. At EVERY Riu I have been to, arrival drink and someone takes your luggage to the room, now I don’t need that but typically the person explains the resort to you and gives tips to enjoy your stay. Front desk service top notch. This location has some work to do. Room amenities needed extra towels and such, fast service. No convenience store which seems to be at every all inclusive resort I’ve been to. There wasn’t a place to get tums, ibuprofen or just something you may have forgot. Bahamas is beautiful and this location has a beautiful beach but again this location needs some work.
