2/10 Terrible

"Staff were plentiful but really unhelpful & rude staff n the main. Food is n specialist restaurants was really poor. General buffet restaurant had plenty of choice for food. Drinks were not premium & every drink was made differently, so real variance in quality. Hotel tired & not well maintained. Pool was extremely dirty."

"This condo is absolutely fabulous. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. The condo itself it’s big and equipped with everything you can think of. I’ve been coming to the Bahamas for 30 years and have stayed in so many properties but this is by far. The absolute best that I’ve stayed in. John has done a great job with making sure everything that you will need is supplied from From beach chair, chairs, beach, umbrellas, beach towels, chair, covers, bath towel, towels, washcloths, extra bed linen and all the closets, fully equipped, kitchen, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker filtered water dispenser, which was my favorite by the way, full size washer dryer, soap, extra toilet paper, fully stocked spice rack, a knife block with sharp knives, no water pressure issues no hot water issues I mean, I could just go on and on and on and on about how wonderful this place is I even saw a nutcracker in the drawer lol. Jon I can’t thank you enough for an outstanding maintained property. We will definitely be staying here again!"

Comfort Suites Paradise Island

"Back door to the pool area was jammed, they didn’t have the wet clothes hangline in the bathroom like the sign said it had. The refrigerator didn’t work. The water pressure was low. There was no microwave either so we just didn’t worry about the broken fridge to save food in . It was useless since we could not reheat. No view of the ocean anywhere in hotel. You had to walk 20 min to public beach or go through Atlantis everytime to use their beach. Overall to lay your head at night and have breakfast and WiFi plus access to Atlantis was the only beneficial part of the stay. We only went to Atlantis once and did excursions. So I would stay at a different hotel if I was to come back."

The Coral at Atlantis

"This is our second trip to Atlantis. We have stayed in the coral each time. We choose to stay at this property given most of the amenities are here such as restaurants, theater, near the marina village so there are additional options for food/coffee. The grounds are very well maintained. The rooms in the coral which we stayed in were outdated and could use an upgrade; however, we spend very little time in the room so this was a non issue for us. They were still clean. The staff is helpful. Would visit again and likely stay in the same tower."
