« Is this supposed to be a 5 stars hotel?? It did not feel like it, at least by our experience. It is true that the hotel is nicely decorated… especially in the Baha Mar area, this one is maybe the least tacky around there… but other than that this was not a good hotel by any standard… The food was way overpriced and for a very average quality… cocktails were even less impressive…But the worst was the service in general… and the most shocking was by far the front desk and checkin / checkout...

« The most incredible sand beaches and clear, multi-blue water I’ve ever seen. The temperatures were consistently hot all week long. You’d wake up to 24 Celsius, mid day hit 28 Celsius and the evening cooled down to 26 Celsius. Throw in 80 percent humidity and boy it’s HOT!! « The Atlantis resort has everything and we really enjoyed all of the marine habitats, endless pools, and a beautiful beach. The river rapids ride was so much fun. For the price, the condo is not nearly as nice as I had hoped. They do not provide housekeeping even though it’s part of the resort unless you pay extra fees and everything in the place needs some TLC. « We had a group of 8, and had plenty of room in our 3 bedroom rental. We loved having the kitchen setup, balcony and pool right outside our door. We also loved having the view of the beautiful boats in the harbor. We would definitely stay at Harborside again, the employees were all so helpful and pleasant. It was extremely easy to access the rest of Atlantis, and we enjoyed the entire property immensely. »

« We had a wonderful stay in a 3 bedroom villa. We actually had two 3 bedroom units and they accommodated us by putting them right next door. In addition we requested water view and the view was excellent. We did have a problem with a couple of appliances but the staff quickly rectified the problem. The waterpark was good but it is getting a little run down. There were areas that were permanently closed. I would recommend they provide towels by the beach.
