« Our stay at Sunrise Beach Villas was amazing! The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush palm trees and two inviting pools. The villa (#220) itself was extremely clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs and umbrellas — such a thoughtful touch. The walk to the beach took less than five minutes, and the beach was absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and picturesque getaway. »

« Sunrise Beach Villa Resort was a great location for us. A private pool and beach access made for a very relaxing stay. Atlantis and all the shops and restaurants around it were within an easy 15 minute walk and cabs were plentiful. The owner was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back. »

« villa conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipée, propre, dans une résidence parfaitement bien située pour séjourner sur Paradise Island et profiter de sa magnifique plage à moindre coût et beaucoup plus au calme que les complexes hôteliers. La plage qui se trouve juste en face de la résidence est magnifique avec très peu de monde à cet emplacement. La résidence possède 2 belles piscines et un restaurant au personnel chaleureux. Certains aspects de la résidence auraient besoin de rafraichissement...

« Location idéalement située à Paradise Island (à 400 m de Cabbage beach, 800 m des restaurants et des magasins de Marina village et des ferry en direction de Nassau et des îles alentours.
