The hotel was okay overall, but the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The staff was extremely slow, and we constantly had to look for someone just to get coffee. Service during breakfast definitely needs improvement. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient, but the breakfast experience took away from stay.

We had a relaxing and comfortable time at the Riu. The entire staff bent over backwards to help us, especially the use of a wheelchair for my wife. Great selection of good food for all meals. We ate at three of the restaurants within the Riu. The food and service were very good, however it seemed like 2 of the 3 kind of encouraged us to leave as soon as our dinner was finished. Would have enjoyed staying for 15-20 minutes more. No other concerns, would recommend and return to Riu in Paridise Island.
