"Two Turtles was the best location. Center of town and walking distance to everything, including the water taxi! Room was just okay. It's more of an Inn or Hostel. No maid service during your stay, so you have to ask for new towels, etc. Our air conditioning was broken, which would have been fine, but our window did not have screens, so we couldn't open those either. Great people that work there and love the bar! But definitely a 2 star as far as room quality."

"The staff was very friendly. Jorge takes care of anything you need. He speaks very little English though. Hotel is very far, actually not far but a $30 + taxi ride to the San Juan restaurant . There's a few little cafés in the area but no where to get supplies like some bread, beer, a bottle of rum and/or coke, shampoo, water or a snack. A mini supermarket in the area would make a killing! Pool area is nice as well as roof top lounge"

"The property was maintained properly, but it has room for improvement. The restroom in the first floor next to the bar were dirty, not well maintain for a hotel of that category. The air conditioner failed in our room, but we were quickly moved to a different room."

"Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at the British Colonial for just over 1 week in Nassau. The hotel itself was appealing and well-furnished with spacious rooms, the staff were friendly and helpful (they helped me find a lost device at one point), and we enjoyed the pool and on-property restaurant and bar. The location is also ideal for going on tours and boat trips to the other islands. We did encounter some problems during our trip, but they had nothing to do with the hotel and were more about the Bahamas as a whole (e.g., very high prices, lack of transportation / ride-sharing, occasional power outages, etc.). But, again, these were all beyond the control of the hotel staff. If you're staying in Nassau and want a good, reasonably priced hotel in a central location, I would recommend the British Colonial."

"Excellent experience at Atlantis the Reef, with exclusive access to pools and beaches and the broader Atlantis facilities. Amazing beaches, water parks and amenentiies in the area to use for free. Room was a little dated, but well maintained with excellent and friendly service. Dining options were 10/10 and varied (make reservations in advance), would avoid the casino restaurant's at main hotel though in evening hours with a family group. Kids club excellent with a charge, however worth paying and again booking in advance."

Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is located in the heart of everything. We practically walked to Restaurants, Museums, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The island is very safe. We felt so safe that we took public transportation to the beach and the aquarium. Our floor had a Starbucks and a man made beach with a bar/restaurant. You had to be there to understand. Amazing! When I return to Curacao, I will stay here again. Best experience ever."
