"The property is gorgeous! The rooms are well appointed, clean and feel “luxe” in an old school classic way. The beach and bar staff were helpful in making sure we had great chairs at the beach and cool drinks, buckets of water and food. Oats and Rico were our point people all week - they were amazing! We are at Plunge for lunch, Parallel and 73 West for dinner. Pricey like the rest of the island, but excellent atmosphere and service. Tipping goes a long way at the resort. Make sure to take care of the servers and beach staff and they will take care of you! We will be back with the whole family!! 💕💕"

"Property well maintained and staff friendly. A good value relative to other nearby properties. Close enough to the beach. Free bikes available. Not able to take advantage of any VIP amenities though room equipped with refrigerator and microwave. Would have appreciated fresh bottled water daily. "

"Perfect for a solo trip! The hotel was in a perfect location walking distance from all the hot spots in Grace Bay. If you are looking for a place to stay that has all the basic amenities for an affordable, do not hesitate to book. "

"Resort was beautiful, nice, and quiet. Service was great, however sometimes a little slow - but that could simply be the pace of the island! Staff were all helpful and very kind. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was spacious and very comfortable. Food was very good overall. At Jammin’, avoid the chicken tenders, they were dry! Jerk wings and the grouper sandwich were delish! At Fire & Ice dinner, most everything we had was solid! Only issue we had was the fish was dry and they didn’t serve it with the sides listed. I told the waiter and they were quick to replace the dish with the salmon entree and it was great with the truffle mashed potatoes. At Salt, everything was great as well! Tip: ask for your pizza to be cooked 1-2 min longer for a crispier crust! We did venture to the sister resort, Alexandra, as well. It was nice, but much busier. The food and service we had at Black Rock was good! Good luck trying to find beach chairs after 11am! "
