"We had a week long stay at the Palms and were extremely happy with everything from the property to the service. The rooms were very nice and spacious and allowed us to feel like we were living in a house. The pool area was larger enough to enjoy even when crowded and the views from the rooms and the pools were amazing. In addition to our stay at the Palms, one of the other great things is that they provide shuttle service to their two other sister properties which allowed us to enjoy other restaurants and views without having to rent a taxi. "

"First is the friendly greeting every time you approach the front desk- they are efficient and always helpful! The rooms are made up beautifully and the cleaning service people are also so friendly! The complimentary breakfast is truly outstanding and sets this resort apart from others when making travel decisions. Finally, the people at the water front are always attentive to get lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your use. We stayed last year and again this year, recommending Ports of Call to friends and family - please don’t change a thing. My slogan for you would be “ A gem that has it all”!"

"So we had a wonderful time at this resort! Was peaceful and we met so many wonderful people. Our room was top notch and beds were so comfortable. We appreciated all the kindness shown by Shaneka front desk and entertainment crew Coco, Smiley, Tishane, and Barbie! The bar crew and waitress staff was incredible❤️The waitress Jen we loved her serving us and was so kind and genuine. We loved how they made us feel so special by always asking if we needed anything or could get us a beverage. I will say I wish the food was rotated every two days by pool that their was different options - and maybe little bit more night life. But, overall amazing - can’t say enough about Shaneka. She so amazing and we miss her. "
