The food and drinks were good. Customer service needs to be improved. Wouldn’t recommend going during a holiday, not enough staff to accommodate a large number. You can only reserve one restaurant on one day.

The check in Experience was terrible. We had to wait for 2 hours as there was a group check in. I noticed today that there was a line for Expedia guest but we were not told about this and then have to wait.

I like the fact that I was fed while I waited in the long check in line because I was hungry from my journey to get there. What I didn't like is that I didn't get VIP Check in even though I was a VIP member with expedia and said to get VIP access.

I enjoyed my stay. I have stayed at awesome places that looked better but here it was the little things for me. They were really accommodating and friendly. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. The hallways by my room smelled great; I loved that they were intentional about that. The pool MCs were great and very entertaining, we didn’t want to leave. They had a jerk hut and we even got fresh coconuts and corn. They also had a variety of activities in the evenings and that made it fun and gave guests something to look forward to. I loved their drinks too, their bartenders are good and creative. My favorite part was the Awe spa. I have to say this was the icing on the cake for me, I didn’t want my 80 minute massage to end. The only things I didn’t like was they had one omelette station going for breakfast on days the resort was filled and sold out and the lines were very long. I felt sorry for the guy chef at that station. Also the bathrooms were small, but they kept it clean. The bathrooms by the lobby were kept clean also. Thanks moon palace for a relaxing vacation.

The property was very good but the staff at the front desk are new and not sure about some of our request and questions. The room was great but the cleaning staff did not come to clean our room for two days. We did called and they sent new towels etc.

There was no uniqueness about this property. The food always cold at the buffet despite their warmers and the noise in my bedroom at night from the air condition and smoke alarm device. There was also poor entertainment both at the show times and dreadful lighting at the night club that opened a few days of the week.

Everything was amazing here, from the Staff, Spa, restaurants, pool and more. The ice cream and pizza was our favorite the ice cream taste just like Devon house if not better. We had the best week here and we will be back.

Oh my gosh!!! Loved Moon Palace Ocho Rios !!! My husband koved it more than me lol.Listen , the Staff is exceptional. The Hotel is modern and clean smell sooo good EVERY WHERE! The a la cart Restaurants, I was like ,am I in Jamaica or Italy, france ,India.The Restaurants are exceptio ally fantastic.EVERY money you spend to stay there you get back triple !!! The Entertainment was weak that was my only fault with moon palace .Its for couples ,for families And yet they dont overpower each other .My husband and I loves it ! It was our first time there and we will be going back! You will have Agents come to sell you like timeshare but trust me 11/2 tour gets you $750 credit to the spa or day pass for 2 if you have family in Jamaica or friends to give to to have full access to grounds.The moon Palace has stars of 5 stars and it absolutely is 5 stars .Going Back for sure !!

As a local I always though that because this hotel is smacked in the middle of Ocho Rios town I would not get that resort feel that I like, but I take that back. We had to go there on a day pass for a friend’s birthday and I was blown away. The service of the staff, food and ambiance way surpass my expectations. I had to go and book a weekend for my husband and I the following week. And also got a complementary day pass for my family a few weeks later. I would definitely recommend.
