Amazing time, loved the food options (having Jamaican cuisine available along with the usual American, Sushi, Pizza, Mexican made it even better) keep the authentic feel and we’ll keep coming back. It was our first time staying with Moon Palace, and it won’t be our last! The food was outstanding, the service was top notch. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. There is so much to do at the resort are 12 year old was never bored, and asleep by 11 every night! I think the free game room was the biggest hit!! Highly recommend!

Some pleasant improvements from our previous stay. We enjoyed the poolside entertainment, the spa and the beach. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food in the main dining area was one of the main draw backs for us this stay. Another drawback is the persistent selling of member packages, which became a bit overwhelming.

Our vacation was wonderful!We came to Moon place for our daughter’s 13th birthday. She’s a very picky eater and loved the food. The facility was absolutely beautiful! The staff were so kind and welcoming. The food was delicious from the buffet to the restaurants. The resort was kept clean and well tended to. Our rooms were refreshed daily. We swam with the dolphins and parasailed. The instructors were attentive and very knowledgeable on the excursions. Overall 10/10 my baby cried when it was time to leave. Thank you for a beautiful memorable trip we’ll definitely return!

Property is immaculate. Located right on the marina so perfect for all water sports and activities. Food was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be returning soon. Traveled with a family of 10 including children and everyone was thoroughly pleased. Kadian was extremely helpful with booking excursions and transportation. If you fly into Montego Bay, expect at least a two hour ride to the resort depending on traffic.

My stay at the moon palace was a very beautiful experience I will recommend friends and family to come relax and enjoy the atmosphere was very cozy. Also the staff was wonderful and very pleasant. I had a great time.
