"This hotel was wonderful and the staff were fabulous! The only negative I have but will still give it a 5 star is how cold the whole hotel was. My room was freezing, but I was able to turn the air off; however, the rest of the hotel was freezing. I stayed shivering and because of the going out in the warm then coming back into the cold, I came home with a terrible cold. The weather degrees was between 78-79, it shouldn’t had been so cold in the hotel. Again, it will get its 5 stars because of how beautiful the hotel and staff were!"

"This hotel has been remodeled since my last stay. It is beautiful. The restaurants were great. Great overnight prior to cruise. The only negative was at check in. They had a very long line with only two people working. Almost everyone had a reservation and leaving on cruise on next day. There must be a more efficient way of handling the check in. The clerks were very harried therefore rude. "
