    "Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff!"
We stayed at the Seven Stars for five nights for my son's first birthday and could not have been happier with our choice. The staff was unbelievable and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a memorable experience. Every staff member knew my son's name, even the ones we hadn't met yet. Everyone took time to interact with him. They were truly kind and not just doing their jobs. We stayed in a beach view one bedroom suite which was well apointed with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. We were initially given a room on the second floor and when we asked to be moved to a higher floor for a better view, they happily did so the next day when a room became available. All in all, the resort far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.

Resort was great location. Staff was great. Hemingways restaurant was good. The only complaint the mattress needed to be replaced.

"Great beach, few amenities at the resort"
Beach and staff are AWESOME! The resort does not have a great concierge service. Not a lot of amenities (i.e. NO on site store, only kayaks and snorkel gear, only 1 restaurant, etc) room was nice enough but we had a beachfront studio so it was smallish but do-able. Asu, the new restaurant, is over-priced for the quality of the food. Also, VERY sterile atmosphere. Just plan on eating out often.

    "OK hotel near airport"
The rooms are ok. What you would expect for an inexpensive place to stay on Provo. The hotel has free shuttle to/from airport and Grace Bay Beach. Because taxis cost $16.50 per person one way to the beach that is a significant savings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there are not many good places to eat within walking distance.

Went with wife and another couple in April. 2015. We shred the 2 bedroom Magnolia apt. As a place to stay could not ask for more from the site. Rooms excellent, clean and in good condition. Luz and the staff very helpful and met all our needs promptly and courteously. Only thing that could be better is location. Kind of down the island from the main attractions, restaurants and stores of the Grace Bay area. If you are going to the Turks and Caicos and want to hang locally by the pool or beach to relax with family or friends(which we did) you could not do better. If you want to go out to dinner every night or hang in the bars, and don't want to drive, stay in Grace Bay. But this is a great place for relaxing and avoiding the crowds. Weather was perfect. Place was great: well equipped and everything worked well.

I had a great time there. It is a peaceful place. The staff was very accommodated. I asked for a change of room and they changed me the next day to the room I requested. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The view is beautiful. I only can say "thank you" to the staff and the people in the island. .

    "Revisiting after 20 years."
I last went to this hotel 20 years ago. We were the only guests at this time. The hotel is being renovated with kitchens being added to each unit. It is a very modest place and well chosen for access to the marina the dive boats leave from. It is comfortable but by no means luxurious. The staff are very nice and welcoming.
