"The front desk concierge were very friendly and helpful while booking excursions and finding taxis. They even helped us pick restaurants around the area. The hotel was nice and clean and although breakfast isn’t included they do provide fruits, pastries and juice in the hotel lobby. It is in a quiet area about 10 minutes away from grace bay. The beach that they have access to is a part of grace bay and is very quiet and perfect for snorkeling. They offer bikes and a golf cart ride to the beaches so you don’t have to walk. They also have complementary beach towel, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment. We really enjoyed our stay here at Zenza. Thank you Zenza staff! "
