"Great Staff Magnificent views and cleanliness at this property. A few issues with inoperable curtains and the washer machine inside of the room broken. Due to COVID a lot of the amenities shut down. We weren’t able to experience the whole pleasure of everything. But staff accommodated us in every way possible. "Property well maintained! Very close to the airport there is. Shuttle to pick you up and drop you off! Everything was great until the night before my departure there was a family by the pool who was out late making so much noise I had to call the front desk and even then they didn’t slow it up I found this very disturbing as my 19 month old daughter was trying to sleep. I would say better security for for noise control would be the only improvement I would suggest.The check our staff member could have been more enthusiastic and engaged when checking out a guess rather than just saying I only need your key.…""Property well maintained! "Our Villa was spotless and very nice! The property offered everything we needed to enjoy our week Long Beach trip. Isa kept us stocked on fresh towels and our Villa clean from all the sand we would track in. We definitely recommend Grace Bay Ocean Beach Villas and will use them again in the future. "Just got back from 17 days in glorious T&C! Had an excellent stay at South Fleetwood. I rented the 'cottage' which stands alone from the main building. What can I say, staff are very polite and courteous (special shout out to the manager Tamara). My unit was fully equipped and very clean.
