"We had a wonderful stay. They contacted us to tell us our room was ready 2 hours before check-in. The home is spacious, clean, and everything works just great. Since we chose the ground floor unit you do have to be more cautious with bugs (cover food or put in fridge). It’s indoor / outdoor living at its finest. It felt very private. We didn’t see more than 3 other people at a time. Often it was just us at the private beach. My kids enjoyed using the kayaks and stand up paddle. "

"Great space. Quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes walk to the fun and noise and people restaurant row. Best of both worlds is you need peace and quiet, yet good food and music/entertainment in a small little community. Great pool, spacious bedrooms, full stocked kitchen with even details that many condos don't provide like the cooking oil, drinking water, napkins, paper towels, salt pepper, sugar, candles out on the veranda etc. The little things add up. Great staff. Awesome cleaning...

"The place is striking and the rooms look as they did online. The air conditioning worked well. Occasionally the water stopped, only for about a minute but when you are showering…The kitchen is very pretty and has a great stove but only one small pan, one small pot, nothing with covers for cooking (perhaps the usual crowd eats out all the time?). Perfect for 3 days, one of which we spent out. Good wi-fi. "

"Quiet street was great with an amazing Jungle Fish House a few doors down for lunch and dinner-Order the prawns! View is great beach good with low seaweed. Snorkeling out front good also 100 yards out. Attendants nancy and maria were very helpful and attentive. Super happy with maria on first morning enlisting her husband to make calls for us to our previous resort to secure our lost watch from checkout. That resort was unresponsive to us. Verizon cell service not clear here. Only challenge...

"I lo ed staying here. It was my first time in tulum and wasnt sure what to expect. The hotel is an easy walk to several restaurants and 7-11. The property was clean with a cute little balcony, where we sat in the early mornings. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and cieling fan. We actually got cold at night. The hosts were gracious. Rented us a scooter. Gave us recommendations and helped arrange taxis and car services whenever we needed. The pool area is nice and relaxing but...
