"Really loved the resort it was nice, clean, and beautiful. The only issue was it was very quiet not much entertainment daily. Music by the pool would have been much better. The spa was gorgeous however false marketing. In the beginning hi are separated and then brought together. The employees hound you and constantly are walking in on you in the actual spa. They should give directions before so it’s more relaxing and doesn’t feel like a drill to use things. They also don’t let you take a picture of the spa. I feel they should change that. Over all great food, friendly staff, clean resort that very quiet. Also the adult club had teens inside they should ID and make sure it’s completely separate."

"El hotel está en buenas condiciones, buen servicio, perfecto para familias, muchas actividades, lo restaurantes buenos y tienen hasta una pizzería, la cafetería y sus productos buenos, yo solo diría que falta variedad en el buffet que es un poco pobre especialmente el del luch."

"I highly recommend this hotel my stay was excellent. Everything was very well organized, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive especially Lupita, Cesar, Gabriela, and Tony (the bellhop). The food was delicious, and they were always helpful the room was cleaned and restocked daily It was everything we needed for a perfect stay, They take care your children while you enjoy yourself on the kids clubs and they keeping you updated on how the kids are doing by sending photos to your WhatsApp I’ll be back soon, keep up the great work, everyone! Thanks for everything."
