"Great rooms, spacious and kept nice cool temperature... the resort is big and a little confusing in getting to your room.., There were many helpful and friendly staff, but did encounter some staff that seemed annoyed by us asking questions or requests.... Overall, loved the vibe.., very family friendly and kept us entertained... I would recommend this resort."

"We got an ocean view and it was seaweed season so yes there was an unpleasant smell from the balcony. However, it wasn’t enough to bother us. Plenty of pool and food options. Courteous staff. I liked the ability to visit all 3 resorts."

"An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories."
