Beautiful and restorative atmosphere with very attentive hosts. All the creature comforts needed (coffee in the morning, hot shower) while enjoying the jungle.

From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this at least once per month, her energy was restored”. I want to come back and I would recommend you stay, piece of advice: try to disconnect from your phone, there’s lots of fauna to discover. Ps. Colibrí is a very nice dog, you’ll win her heart if you bring a little snack.

Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur.

Es un lugar mágico, dormir bajo la luz de las estrellas y el sonido nocturno de la selva es algo difícil de describir, lo mejor es vivirlo. La atención por parte del personal es excelente.
Palapa restaurante, de ella emanan olores y sabores excepcionales.
Cenote - lago, aún cuando está en construcción, es un lugar muy mágico.

Las Yurtas tienen colchones inflables y son muy cómodas. Aunque no hay electricidad tienen otras formas alternativas de iluminación pero es ideal llegar antes de el atardecer para adaptarse, igual no fue algo que extrañe. Cuando desperté una canasta con desayuno continental muy rico estaba fuera de mi yurta. Es una experiencia de maxima desconexión y descanso.
