Les vacances se transforment en "prise d'otage"
Quelle surprise en arrivant sur notre lieu de vacances d'avoir a repayé une seconde fois la chambre, alors que tout avait été réglé directement à Hotels.com. Il semblerait qu'il y ait un litige entre le logeur et la plateforme, selon ses dires, hotels.com ne paye pas le logeur. Nous nous sommes retrouvés "pris en otage" entre hotels.com, à qui nous avions déjà réglé la totalité, et le logeur, qui nous réclamait la totalité, en liquide... Nous avions réservé du 06 au 17, et fais la réclamation le 9 le temps de trouver un point de chute et du réseau, et hotels.com nous dit que le logeur refuse le remboursement. Mais si le logeur dit qu'il n'a pas été payé, il ne va pas rembourser ? politique incompréhensible !!
