"We had a great experience at Cielo Maya hotel and loved the beautiful beach view and infinity pool! It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable! Staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious! The room was very comfortable with air conditioner and ceiling fan. "

"Loved the resort, the staff, and the vibe. The only reason I might think twice before I book my next trip there is the restaurants on the resort. Although, the food was very good, the prices are outrageous. Everything is very overpriced. I paid $125 USD for a small piece of steak! And a $100 USD for one fish. "
"I can’t say enough about this place. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. It’s bohemian in the best way possible. This is a place to come and disconnect from the hustle and grind. "

"Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now.
Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything).
Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical.
Highly recommend!
