The hotel was in just the right place, not too loud and close to a place where you can party. The noise ordinance kept the sound muffled until your reach the strip full of shops and restaurants just a walk outside the main entrance.

Amazing stay! Enjoyed every bit of it. Great place on the water. There is a club across the street so if you want to sleep before 12/1 make sure to bring earplugs!! It’s not too noisy but can keep light sleepers up. Other than that highly recommend this place!

This is a very special gem. Not for the masses. Not a luxury, A/C comfort place. But, a place that harmonizes with its surroundings. Love it.

The setting was very unique and interesting. The room we had, had a great view. However, there was only one useable electrical outlet and the lighting was very poor. There were fans but no AC. Only one chair in the room. The slider door could not be locked from the inside. The available breakfast was in a resturant down the street a bit and was ok but very limited unless you upgraded for 100 or 200 pesos.

Beautiful location, quiet and secluded yet steps from the restaurants and amenities in Tulum. Great value. A vegan option for breakfast and a coffee refill would be nice !
