We didn’t end up staying. We left after waiting 20 minutes for staff to let us in, during which time we saw cut cords on security cameras, strange yelling from inside, and we had to stand on a Disney blanket inside the front door. There were rules and fees posted all around such as “$5 fee to leave luggage in your room but free to leave it in the hall”. The place seemed unsafe and dirty, and looked NOTHING like the picture on Expedia.

I had a bad experienxe with the owner. I was calling to ask if I could reach earlier to store my luggage earlier, she then raised her voice at me and asked when and told me that I need to pay $5 per hour. That is surely not the way to treat the customer who is paying for your amenities and ricebowl. When my friend and I checked out, the owner does not provide luggage storage services and told us to leave the luggage out in the hallway for free to store in our room for $5 per hour. In the end, my luggage got stolen and we encountered a big problem and notified the owner. But she just doesn't give any damn and don't even bother to check CCTV footage for us to identify the thief. The lack of accountability from the owner is appaling. We paid for your service, yet to have such irresponsible owner is something I do not expect. For people who needs a place to store your baggage after your stay, please avoid this place. It is super unsafe with lots of theft. Especially with irresponsible owner, just avoid staying here.

Do not stay here. It’s the sort of place that gets burned down because someone lit a fire to stay warm. The staff, such as they are, are hostile. The rooms are tiny and infinitely depressing. The bed is concrete. Seriously don’t stay here.
