Lovely renovated room and excellent service from the staff. Lobby was under construction, but that was in no way a detraction from a nice stay in a great location.

Do not mind paying Hilton prices but expect a reasonable lounge and dining room. Not a construction area. Room was great.

I love your pool (indoor/outdoor...even warm in the winter) but due to construction it took us awhile in the cold just to find the front door and check in!

The hotel is looking a bit old and i don't mind that but i felt that the price of the hotel was too high for the state of the hotel. especially since we were not able to enjoy the restaurant and had to get room service. restaurant was not nice at all again based on the price of the Hotel. also we did not have a comfortable stay as there were guests on our floor that kept going in and out of eachother's rooms at all hours of the night. The ruckus stopped at around 4am. we were up all night. i think that security should have stopped this behaviour. I do not think it is up to me as a guest to complain about their behaviour. i am sure they have cameras and could see the ruckus going on. They were slamming doors, obviously intoxicated, yelling in the hallways, banging on eachother's doors. We have a 12 year old and he was scared by what was happening. I felt like I was at a motel. When I checked out the lady asked me if i enjoyed my stay, I told her what happened and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said oh really and proceeded with my check out. I have stayed at this Hotel several times for personal and on corporate events. After this experience, i will not be coming back. My apologies for complaining but I am a true believer that you can't fix something if you don't know the issues....
