Arrived at check-in. Took 20 minutes . Got to small room with no front qo dow and the door was unlocked .batteries were dead and ot would anaoar lock Requested help at the desk to fix the lock. Maintenance came by and said to leave my studf jn the inlocked room and he qould get to it in 15 or 20 minutes . Ya no. I need it fixed now . Begrudgingly, he fixed it immediately. Didnt sleep well as the noise from the next door neighbour and the upstairs neighbour. The sound of the flushing toilets from the other rooms numerous times throughout the night were quite obnoxious. Only 2 thin bath towels . God forbid you want to shower each day. Didnt really feel safe with no peep hole on the door and just a flimsy chain secondary lock. Window was at the back above the air conditioner and a view of garbage and bushes. Breakfast was mediocre. Toast, yogurt unbranded cereal, coffee and sugary donuts. Umm ya.. Not a good stay. Left more tired than when i arrived

For the value it was worth it. Very clean, staff friendly, once we parked the truck we never started it again til we were ready to leave. It was easy walking to the falls and Clifton hill. I would recommend and stay again.

Overall location was great … walkable and convenient to many nearby attractions. The room was well cleaned and ready upon check in (I had a three night stay). The breakfast options were sufficient as well. The only thing I was a bit confused about were the housekeeping services; the following day after check in, when I returned to the room in the late afternoon, I realized housekeeping had came earlier. They provided new towels and soap/shampoo, but did not take the used towels with them (I had left them on the bathroom floor for their convenience), nor did they take out and replace the bags in the garbage can. They also did not make the beds. The day after that, housekeeping did not come at all to my room (no idea why). Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay at the inn.

We liked the price, but the room was not very clean, there were ants in the bathroom, and there was a smell of old cigarettes. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating
