The king deluxe room was lovely and spacious. Hotel lobby And grounds are lovely. Parts of the hotel are not used and some outdoor areas are overgrown however staff is great.
Elevators down and slow, not enough functionality for number of floor guests, room (plastic spoon on floor when I arrived) no wash clothes in the bathroom on arrival, check in and check out, very unfriendly, didn't care i was there or not, pillow cases ripped, mattress awful, no smoking hotel but a pile of butts on my balcony, curtains dirty, was not impressed with this hotel at all, won't stay here again.
Property was really nice, a bargain for the price considering it’s Toronto area… bed super comfy, balcony view was stunning. Only downfall; there was only ONE elevator operating and it was a 15 minute for it to pick us up on the 22nd floor :( other than that a solid stay!

Disliked: Staff & service
The customer service was very poor. The person who checked us in was really very rude. None of the front office staff seem friendly. I and my husband stayed lots of other hotels in Toronto but staying in Pan Pacific was worst. We will never suggest anyone or thinking to come back.
Please tell your front office to be friendly and smile when they have guest.
