We love coming to delta downtown. The only problem we faced this time around was the fire alarm went off at 5am on our wedding night when we tried to get some sleep and then again the following day at 12 midnight. Less than 24 hours the fire alarm went off and could not leave the hotel room. Other than that it was a great time.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and staff is all polite and friendly. Fairly competitive overnight self parking rates. Only problem was fire alarm went off for 30 minutes at 5AM. Glad it was a false alarm and luckily staff acted quickly and were very informative.

Absolutely amazing experience! We came to Toronto to celebrate my 30th and they treated me with prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries on the house! Any time i had a question it was always met with a smile and a welcome answer. The staff have been integral to making my birthday weekend outstanding

For a high end hotel, we were quite surprised at the the low quality of the toilet paper. Also, I was asked in anticipation of our arrival is there was a special occasion. There was. It was our 39th wedding anniversary. Also, it asked if we would like dining recommendations and I said yes but nothing was done for either.

The location is excellent. The restaurant service was horrible. Service was slow in an empty restaurant. After we were seated we waited about 15 min. No server came so we left. Too much perfume sprayed in the lobby.

The staff were nice and the hotel was clean. The pool was a little cloudy and someone left their hair/weave and fake eyelashes at the edge of the pool. Great view from our room and the room was clean.
