In general the property is good. There are major areas where they can improve. House keeping is not done everyday. Toiletries are bad quality and not enough for the 2 day they don’t clean the room. Half of the building is still with old dirty and smelly rooms. Breakfast is extremely poor. Few items to chose from in a small room that I would not called a dining area. Coffee machine takes hours to pour one cup of coffe while 20 guests are waiting in line. Area is wonderful and safe and has lots of options for food. Even though my suite was an upgraded one, the mattress was old and very uncomfortable.

The only thing that detracted from our stay was while showering, if someone in an adjacent room turned their shower on, off or made an adjustment, our water temperature would get extremely hot or cold.

The hotel is extremely outdated and needs repair and restoration. In our room many thongs were broken or just not working properly. There was a bathtub, yet you couldn't take a bath cause you couldn't stop the water from draining. The ned frame was awkward and unsafe. The parking was overpriced and the garage eas small and unsafe. The continental breakfast was okay. Difficulty with the coffee maker. The room rate was very expensive for what you got. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't go back

Suite was large and had great amenities such as full size fridge. Bed was comfortable. Hallways carpet was stained in a few places. Room was not made up after first night. We were told when checking put that it us only done every second day due to covid.
