Room is what you would expect in downtown Toronto, small but full bathroom, lots of storage, a fridge and small coffee perk. The beds were comfortable, and thankfully the Heatpump/AC was working cause it was warm during our stay! I can not stress how lovely the staff were from the moment we landed, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind :)
Location is perfect, a 10-15 min walk for everything we wanted to do and see. Food options are endless around the Beverly!
Would definitely stay again!
It's close to everything transportation wise. There's abundance of restaurants and night life. The area was easy to navigate even coming from a small town. Would definitely stay again!
Very nice location! Love the coffee shop/ice cream shop on the ground floor. Many public transportation options are nearby, and there are many bars/restaurants nearby at night. You can’t hear the sound of the street, but you can hear the shower sound, door sound of the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel was perfect. We booked one of the larger queen rooms. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was a short 15 minute walk to Rogers Centre. The only down side to our stay was the roof top bar was going through renovations and not open (we did have access to sit there though) and the elevator was not operational. We would stay here again.
It was a small cute little space in a continent location. We just stayed the one night for a concert. Cute little sub, ice cream and coffee place at the base and a rooftop bar. The room was small, with one bed but it was perfect
Lovely comfortable, quiet stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but efficient and in a great location. Enjoyed the sub restaurant on first floor too. Thank you!
Rented the XL suite, room was clean, good size, good amenities, location very good, close to downtown, lots of restaurants and stores around the hotel. Elevator was out of order so had to climb very high stairs. Besides the stairs, I can recommend this place.
What i liked most was the simplicity of the room. It was just big enough for myself being a solo traveler. It is located on a main rail line and an easy 3-4 block walk to the subway. Easy access to everything. I will definitely stay here on any return trips. The good eats ice cream is one of the best. Their staff was very friendly.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
We expected the rooms to be small, but they were even smaller than we thought. Had trouble with codes for doors not working, elevator was out of order and rooftop patio was not maintained or serviced, so it was just some lawn chairs and a closed up bar. Staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was great. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Ok for a very short stay.
Perfect location to walk to anything. Yes the room are small, but modern, clean and have everything one needs. Ruby (?) was very polite and helpful hen I arrived. I would def stay here again.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The space itself is clean and neat. Convenient location. The staff are not professional as they shared our room info (room number and code) out loud so others checking in heard it. The check in service is simply a podium with a laptop on it. Not very professional service. No safe in the room. Bathroom has a sliding door that does not offer any sort of privacy.
