Great for proximity to Budweiser Stage. Not a whole lot else in the area, need to Uber into the city centre for better restaurant options etc. Also a little pricey for one night but overall a good experience!

Great stay here..but i am positive my room listing said it had a lakeview. I had no view..otherwise this was by far one of the fancier hotels ive stayed at..great room service and food..everything was very new and up to date..this hotel spared no expense..will be returning

The hotel location is amazing if youre seeing a concert at budweiser stage. Unfortunately, my room smelled of smoke. The front desk said they would move me to a new room while i was out at an event but when i returned i was still assigned to the room the smelled of smoke. Overall, not worth the expensive cost.

No warning from the hotel that it was not accessible via car, due to the Indy track preparations. Spent 20 minutes driving around until we could finally get to the hotel. Upon arriving, we called numerous times to ask to book the tennis court, but no one ever picked up. Went down to the court and found out that they had decided to close early. The restaurant was also closed, which meant that we needed to take an uber to another location to eat. Really not impressed. Otherwise, the hotel and the rooms were beautiful and the check-in staff were great.

It took 1 hour to get wifi running, bathtub did not drain, carpet was rolled and lifting, customer service non existent, and very poor food in the restaurant in the hotel

The room was okay but not five stars, and the bathtub was not clean. During our anniversary, our credit card didn’t work, and I had to call our financial institution. They confirmed that the card was fine and the issue was with the merchant, but the hotel insisted it was our card. Eventually, they asked for our debit card and charged a $500 deposit. Due to the weather, the pool was unusable. We asked for a late check-out to use the pool, but they only extended it by one hour. Given the flooding in Toronto, the hotel manager did not consider extending our stay further, which left us stuck on the street. Uber prices were four times higher, and the subway wasn’t working. They accused us of smoking in the room, which had a window that could open. Not extending our stay during a power outage left us outside for four hours on our anniversary. This hotel is not ideal if you’re looking for a high-end, romantic experience. We were disappointed by the service, except for the first receptionist who was helpful. Additionally, they charged $150 more than what Expedia advertised for the suite.

We had a wonderful two night stay. Being directly across the street from the concert we were attending was amazing, as we could walk there and back within 10 minutes. Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were everything you would want in a hotel room, minus a microwave. Only thing missing, which would have come in handy. The only things we were a bit disappointed in were that certain things offered at the hotel are offered in a package/membership, so we didn't have access to them. Waiting for a elevator, or crowded elevators could also be an issue. Overall, a wonderful stay!
