We were able to check in early, which was fantastic, however there was very loud drilling while we were trying to relax in our room. I emailed the concierge asking how long the drilling would continue, but received no reply. We ended up going out 2 hours earlier than planned because the drilling was so disruptive.

Rooms are painted black with black furniture and poor lighting. There is a window however no light comes in due to the building right across from it. So it was basically a pitch black room. No hot water in the shower; just cold and barely lukewarm. For the price of the room it’s absolutely overpriced and disappointing. Breakfast not included and super expensive. Will not go back.

The service was excellent! All the staff we met treated us very well! The restaurant food and service was great also! Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and walkable to all areas we needed to get to. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again.
