Neighborhood: This hotels sits right on the edge. I don’t recommend walking north east as the neighborhood gets a bit sketchy. Everything south and west was great but maybe not walking through the park across the street at night. Hotel itself was all around, good.

Located near a metro and shopping. 20 minute walk to Union station, the arena and 25 to cn tower/Jays games. We enjoyed our stay and if I go back to Toronto I will stay there!

The breakfast was a good way to start the day. The staff were friendly and the front desk staff were great as well. Our room was always clean and tidy when we get back, it’s always nice to relax in a quiet room after a long day outside in the heat!

This was my husband's and I first time visiting Toronto, Canada. Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express was WONDERFUL. All staff that we encountered were friendly. The hotel overall was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus. We would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel if we ever come back to visit Toronto again.

We had a good room. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good food. I think every guest took advantage of the breakfast it was very busy both days we were there. Excellent walkable hotel to a lot of sites and restaurants. One thing I would suggest is to put a Matt or non skid stickers on the bathtub inside my husband almost fell twice. We had to put a towel down in tub to help him from not slipping.

The room was very clean, as was the entire property. The breakfast was quite varied. Breakfast could get very crowded, but the staff did a good job of maintaining it. It was easy to walk to many sights from the hotel.

The staff was great, room was clean, breakfast included was amazing, the AC was awesome. I would’ve gave 5 star for my stay but the water pressure in the shower was very bad. Thats why I removed a star.

This hotel was EXCELLENT. The front desk staff were exceptional at our check in and check out and the breakfast and housekeeping team were all providing top notch service. They even had a really cool robot that could deliver snacks to your room. This was by far the best holiday inn I’ve stayed in. We will definitely be coming back!!! The room was modern and the bed was super comfy!!!
