Absolutely horrible experience this hotel gives the W brand a bad name stayed here for two days as a last minute trip. First off they put me on the ninth floor next to a nightclub where there was drunk people screaming and yelling all night didn’t get one night of sleep secondly my door to the room wasn’t locking the whole hinge to the door broke off the hotel is extremely cheap the lights were flickering the showerhead fell off the shower this hotel room was an absolute disaster this hotel is horrible save yourself the money save yourself the trip you’ll probably have a better stay at the Holiday Inn and for a cheaper price than staying here. NEVER AGAIN, if you have the money to spend you’re better off adding a little bit extra and staying at the Ritz or four seasons for that luxury experience

A hidden gem! We stayed for 1 night and we were very pleasantly surprised! Greeted at check in with sparkling wine, complementary upgrade, and free drink tickets. The staff are very friendly and have good attention to detail. Curtis was very friendly and has great knowledge about W Hotels. Would stay here again!

Literally the best experience ever! The property is gorgeous. The receptionist was amazing and very nice. The mixologist let us try his new drink. We loved the hotel and we cannot wait to visit Toronto again!
