Enjoyed my stay at the W. The staff was very welcoming. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Hotel has a very nice rooftop restaurant that my husband I got to enjoy with great views. We mentioned it was our anniversary and staff put together something special just for us. We will definitely be back!

We selected the W because we were told that they did have great service for dogs (treats, walks, dog bags ...) however when we called the front desk for treats they didnt have any available until 10am . We checked out at 1130 no treats came. Looks like they are short staff when we went to the bar on the second floor the night before our drinks took 15mins (sitting at the bar) . Overall though love the W franchise.

Room was small. It was a studio with the sink in the kitchen as the only one (no bathroom sink). Which wasn’t great for two people. Staff are fantastic
