Overall, the property is fine, but the carpet needs to be cleaned. There were also issues with the tv not working. The fridge in our room was very cold and froze everything we put into it. Its an “okay” option for a hotel.

Property and service were lovely. The rooms were very loud to any sounds in the hallway. If a neighbour slammed their door ours would also loudly shift in the jamb. Guests coming home later at night might as well be next to your head the way the sound travels. Would go back but would be aware of this and likely bring ear plugs.

The hotel was great and the staff were so friendly. The only thing I would comment on was, there should be a line for people who pre-registered. Waiting in the same line as people who haven’t pre-registered didn’t seem very efficient. The girls in the hallway being loud off and on until approximately 4:30 am was frustrating too but we didn’t call so you wouldn’t have known that.
