Our room was very clean and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel is easily walkable to many local attractions. Would recommend to anyone staying downtown Toronto.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would suggest this hotel to people with families who want something convenient and close to a lot of downtown amenities. The view from the pool top is incredible, worth the stay in my opinion. I wasn’t overly impressed with the size of the room we had, but it was fine for just sleeping there. If you have a large family and want just their basic rooms I would highly suggest getting joining rooms for parents and kids, etc. The AC wasn’t great, and the temperature fluctuated a lot which was really annoying. Overall, though, the hotel was nice, the staff were great, and service was really good. We enjoyed our stay generally but I wish that the room wasn’t so crowded with furniture, and the AC was more consistent.

Everyone of the staff was so very helpful and pleasant. We had to visit the ER and they were so very helpful with any of our needs. They were so caring. I will definitely stay here again.
