This was a pleasant surprise for us as it was central for everything. All I can say is, the parking situation is not the greatest. Not so much at the hotels fault but getting to the parking garage was very difficult as you can’t turn left off of Yonge to get into the hotel. Just made for a bit more stress from an out of town we.

The staff was lovely they were very pleasant! The property looks much nicer in the pictures. Our didn’t look very clean. I always bring my own wipes so I cleaned up a little. There were stains on our bed cover we had some Stains on rug and there were areas that didn’t look vacuumed. A few items in room looked like they needed repair. It didn’t have that fresh clean scent. Ran into some issues regarding my parking. No one seemed to notice I didn’t give enough letters in my license plate and when punching it in didn’t even call me or my room to check the correct number. So I received two parking tickets. However, the manager did say they would cover it. Like I said the staff was lovely and I would return just because of them.
