The parking was not working when we arrived, asked a staff for a trolley to load our baggage was told to look in a corner ,checked and nothing she did nothing to help find one , . everytime you shower the entire room made a LOUD NOISE when you turn on the bathroomlight the bathroom was a loud noise, also any other rooms next to us using hot water. The room ice machine wasnt working . The price paid was not worth it, room was so old and smelled old.

I only not happy with parking, the hotel only valet parking, otherwise you can not park underground parking even you pay the parking, in this special time with covid, I don’t want any one in my car and drive my car. End of the day we have to park the public parking outside and have to walk one block street. That is inconvenience for us.

Ice cream for the kids was a nice touch. Extra fun for them. The pool could have been a few degrees warmer. Breakfast was quite delightful. Perhaps, a faster replenish of key items would be best, like bacon. With regards to parking, it was the highest priced compared to several other properties. Valet attendants were very polite and helpful.
