Our two days stay at the Marriot was much better than expected. I was in a wheelchair and the doormen took extra special care when we went in or out. The hotel was very clean and well-staffed. Everyone we met was cordial and helpful. I would certainly return on our next trip to Toronto.

What a great greeting we got on our arrival. We had back to back activities planned with our grandchildren and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and smelled like fresh cut flowers. On our arrival we were informed that we had a fantastic upgrade. It was more than we anticipated. Thank you for creating lasting memories for our family!

Location,Location, Location!!!! Staff were awesome. Friendly, nice, helpful and very accommodating. We loved everything. Only real issue was the breakfast. Although it was plentiful the quality was not good. Honestly suprised and alittle disappointed. Reminded me of cafeteria food.

I stopped by the front desk twice to correct an inaccurate charges on my invoice but that was never corrected even by the time I checked out. Very disappointing. It’s difficult sometimes to have someone to answer the phone at the front desk. I often had to personally go down and ask the Valet parking staff to get my car. Though, the valet parking staff were excellent.
