Downtown Toronto Vacation Packages

Staff and spa were excellent. Didn't have a stocked fridge and wasn't told that there was an issue with my fridge until the last day. I had to keep asking for ice to be brought to the room to keep things chilled until one of the service staff let me know that I could request another fridge. Anyway, not the end of the world but could have been communicated to me better, especially considering I was in a suite. A friend of mine was also staying at the property and their room was stocked with liquor and a fridge. Only reason I realized mine was off.

The small refrigerator in our room didn't work.

Overall my experience was comfortable and pleasant, all my needs were met. The bed was quite easy to fall asleep in and the mini-balcony is a nice feature. It's just a hotel that is showing its age, little bits in dis-repair. One night I needed ice and those machines were broken on several floors and the outdoor pool looked far from ready even though it was mid-May. Little things though, overall I would stay here again

more attention needed to vacuuming. limited outlet in bedroom to charge phone etc. toilet paper was brutal.
