The bed was up against the wall making it very difficult for one of the persons to get in or out of the bed as the area was confined. We had trouble with the key and no help was available until I threatened a bad review . We could not lock our door that night

This was a fantastic property! We went to see a concert at the Rodgers Center and you couldn't ask for a better location! This condo is on the 39th floor with a wrap around deck that has full views of the lake, CN Tower, stadium and all of downtown. I loved waking up to the view every morning. We walked to restaurants and bars and grocery every day and there is a Starbucks in the building. 24 hour security was a bonus. The kitchen and decor are nothing fancy, but perfect for what we needed. We did not get to use the pool or hot tub so we will just have to come back. I hope when we do that this unit is available.

we arrived later then we expected due to unforseen circumstances, so the only thing missing from the check in instructions was the code to enter the building on yonge street to access the elevator to get down to the parking garage and retrieve the keys from the lockbox. we had to call the concierge to let us in after proving the other instructions we had to enter. i would say the parking situation is a bit difficult. i imagine if u were on your own with a car parked inside 2 anndale building, once u put back the key in the lockbox in the yonge street building there is no way to enter back into the 2 anndale parking lot without a fob to retrieve your car. based on the reviews from others this is the most difficult annoying part of the stay. Other than that everything was great!

Easy walk from Union Station. Taking a taxi anywhere in the evening rush will mean a long wait in traffic.

Expect a lot of walking, especially if you need to go between the north and south buildings. Most of the staff are great, but some are really miserable (especially one in the accessibility area where we needed a wheelchair).

I always enjoy going to the Toronto Convention Center. Unfortunately this trip I was not able to attend my conference due to breaking my hand and my foot at the Fairmont Hotel.
