Valet took an hour but it was vday so we understood! Also thought the whirlpool was in tye living room but we were mistaken. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

I love this hotel. So conveniently located with great suites for a good price. I only wish they were a bit more flexible with late check outs, like other hotels (e.g., Royal York) in the city.
