"We stayed two nights and really had a great time here. Jing was a great host and worked hard to get us an early check in which we appreciated! The place was clean and as advertised. The master bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in and that is critical! The wifi was great. Everything was very pleasant. The Falls were more impressive than I imagined and we had a Japanese BBQ dinner at Niku and that was a blast! Highly recommended. The house is a little off the beaten path...

"My wife and I stayed at the “Hoblet” and could not have been happier. Dawn, our host, was very responsive to all queries and made sure that our entire stay was stress free and enjoyable. The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. Check-in was hassle free and easy. We enjoyed interacting with and feeding the animals throughout the week that we were there. Would absolutely recommend this property over any boring hotel stay any day of the week. "

"Everything was great! My girlfriend and I booked overnight for our anniversary and had a wonderful stay. As for the actual property, I have no complaints at all, but the listing was a bit confusing. Various furniture in some of the pictures have been replaced, but none of it was a change for the worse. Overall, this is a cozy house right by the river worth spending the night at. We’d like to come back again!"

"Great walking distance to the Falls and the Clifton Hill attraction area! Probably the closest you could stay without being in a hotel! The 5 bedrooms worked well for our families and we were able to hang out together in the kitchen/dining and living room spaces. Owner was excellent about quickly responding to any questions we had, and the directions for arrival and leaving were very clearly communicated."

"The house is old but appears to be well maintained. The location is ideal - it is about 5 minutes drive from everything you would want to see (historic district, niagara falls, casinos, shopping). Two minor issues - they didn't have any wash clothes. The one time we tried to bake something the fire alarm went off, even though there was no smoke anywhere. Suggest you don't try to cook."
