The property is decent. The pool area is very nice. It’s in a great location. The first room I was given when I arrived around midnight from a long drive was musky. Very strong odor. The air conditioning squealed very loudly, but I was tired, so I addressed this issue in the morning they did tell me I should’ve came down and they would’ve changed my room. I was given a better room with no musky odor, but lip marks on the balcony slider door. Something stuffed into the smoke alarm hanging down and the lamps probably haven’t been dusted in quite a while so cleanliness is a little bit of an issue and they did blame it on their inability to keep a good cleaning staff. The sad thing is I had to come in the town for a funeral, and my clothes ended up smelling like the first room I was put into. Yes the odor was that strong. Totally not cool. Expedia website said parking was $15 a day. They sent me an email saying that they were going to charge me $25 a day but they did end up honoring the price that I agreed to originally it’s a very close walk to Clifton Hill and that’s what I loved about it but the cheaper hotel next-door I stayed last time was actually was much cleaner so I’ll probably return back to that one next time I’m in town.

The room was nice however the private hot tub could’ve been cleaned better. It wasn’t cleaned. The location is great and close to attractions and nice restaurants by walk. Main floor smells like weed and at times in the hallways. Pool was nice.
