This was unbelievable! I booked the room not knowing what i was doing. I thought it was just a regular room in a regular hotel! I was in shock when i seen where i accidentally booked our room! It was well worth it! The 2 guys at the front desk were VERY helpful and kind! I hope they enjoy thwir pens i gave them!

Stayed 2 nights and would come back for another stay :) Newly renovated! Front desk staff was so nice :) friendly and helpful ( I believe her name was Bonnie !) rooms were clean , cute and I’m obsessed with the bathrooms and shower ! 5 mins to the casino and across the street from Copacabana Brazilian Steak House ! Would definitely recommend for a high end budget friendly option!

Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are small but honestly great for a couple. Small fridge and king bed with a decent size bathroom but storage is minimal. They won’t clean the room unless asked but front desk staff were great with any requests we had. However we did have a broken safe and never did get a replacement or anywhere to lock up valuables so we ended up carrying them with us everywhere. There is no onsite parking but there is a shuttle to and from the hotel to the lot a few blocks away. They are also under a full renovation so the outside is loud and they are still completing the lobby. Our room was renovated and very nice and clean. We stayed on the 28th floor city view. Lastly had some odd charges added (random daily to the tune of 480$) but were rectified by refund today automatically. We did enjoy the stay and is in a great spot to see the falls. Also a short walk to Clifton Hill which is a must do for a day of fun!!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Rooms are renovated and clean. Has everything you may need, and the views are just amazing. I would highly suggest coming here on your next trip to Niagara Falls.

Staff were good. No Air Conditioning as well as the TV in our “penthouse” room wasn’t working. The elevator to get to the penthouse floor was terrible. Other than the TV and AC not working room was nice with a good view. Overall 6/10

Despite the renovation, it was great! Staff is great and room was super clean. the only thing was that the room didn't get cooler. They weren't able to fix it. It might've been because it was super hot and the curtains weren't closed. It didn't get cool until 4 am. Overall, great hotel!

Visit for 37th year Anniversary although they are still renovating the property it was done during the times we were out no noise. The renovation to the rooms are beautiful very modern and clean. The location was great walked to everything the public transportation is right out front.
