The room size was perfect for my family of 4. One thing that isnt easily known from the photos, which do represent the room well is there is a sink and mirror area before the bathroom which has a toilet sink and bath./ shower. Therefore you can have 2 people using sinks at the same time. Also, the room with the accordion wall has its own door to the first sink area, so you can keep that wall closed and still have access to the sink and bathroom. Sorry. The rest of the review. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Great location. They do charge for parking but it is a reasonable $10 per night. The area charges $40 per night on Saturday. The walk to Clifton Hill and the Niagra Cruises (Canadian side Maid of the Mist), are a very easy walk and a pretty safe area. I walked most often butnparking here is easy an convenient. Would recommend this place.This is not a 5 star location, so if you have any complaints it is because you expected too much.

Convenient little motel at walking distance of Clifton Hill and the Niagara falls. Quiet room and clean room on the ground floor. Easy overnight parking for an extra $10 in an area were parking a vehicle usually comes at a premium. Only downfalls are lack of eco-friendly toiletries and fact that there is no cable TV available. Only option to watch anything, if you are willing or able to, is to log on to your own Netflix, AppleTV , Amazon Prime or Disney channels

Weeds coming through the sidewalk, area needed landscaping outside. The staff was friendly; although, the shower head was too strong, in the bathroom. There was water on the floor, due to the shower head soaking the floor. Great location and amenities

Pillows were flat. Great location to walk to the falls, not too noisy either. But the family room (3 queen beds) at the end of the hall was very warm as the A/C unit air intake was in the hall. I’m sure it would be lovely during the fall. The parking is easy and the rooms were large, nice for one night,

I hope they keep the prices at this range. It’s a very clean and well kept motel. It’s a great option when the price point often causes doubt about quality. Don’t worry, this place is by far the best in the price range and shows the pride of those who work there. I’ll definitely stay here again.
