In my experience, the television was broken, the TV had no channels, existing movies had to be purchased, and the pool bathrooms were broken. You had to go to the room to use the toilet, Also, the cost for booking online varies upon completion of the stay.

The staffs were very kind and helpful. The property is old and the mattresses are sunk in the middle but the bed sheets and towels were very clean. The WEGO stop was right infront of the place so it was very convenient sightseeing Niagara falls and enjouing the activisies.

Front desk staff is awesome . But in side the room is garbage. Didnt change the sheets or pillow cases. No vacuum done. We saw some chips on the floor. Not happy with the room.

The room on the ground floor which was convenient, Lots of parking, the shaded area to sit outside was away.from the building and bench was rusty to sit. The room had a filthy tub, from the tap to the end. The lights didnt work, no fridge or microwave, there was a dark dried blood stain on the bed skirt stain on the side of the bed frame and the tiles were coming up in the bathroom. I will be sending photos to head office bc I have never stayed in a worse place. Plus the fees on top was annoying, 2x tax. Staff at the desk showed some concern about complaint but didnt.offer any compensation which I think is not good pr. .

My room was horrible. There were multiple blood stains on the floor, shower curtain had holes in it. Stains on the lamp shade, stains on the curtain. Water took more than 5 minutes just to get it warm. When I complained about the blood stains the first time, they said it was paint stains and they couldn’t do anything about it. I do not usually complain but this was pretty bad.

Bed sheets seemed to not be changed, found different hair and dirt in the bed. On the couch there was pieces of rice and chicken. The bathroom has barely any lighting in the toilet and shower areas. Blinds in the room barely covered windows which allowed tons of light into the room while we slept. Check in took 20ish minutes. Overall not a great stay and there’s other hotels with more benefits for a little more than what we paid for.

We had a great time; the staff was courteous and very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which was amazing considering we had just driven a long distance. The only complaint we have is about the pool. The water was so warm it felt uncanny, making the swim uncomfortable instead of refreshing. Additionally, the overwhelming smell of chlorine and pieces of the pool bottom breaking off indicated poor maintenance, with excessive chlorine likely used to compensate for this.

The room we were given had a broken fridge and the A/C was making a very loud obnoxious sound. The room had mold on the walls as well as the smell of mold. Almost every person in line behind us had an issue with the room they were given. We checked-in and, in considering our small child we checked out of the hotel and went to look for another.

The location of this hotel is great, close to everything but unfortunately it was VERY run down. The carpets are all lifted, the mattresses were dirty, the furniture is stained. It was a low price and good location but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.
