This location was great! Super close to the Falls and the music venue we went to was right across the street. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for our group to play card games. Nicely renovated and comfortable. Would stay here again on a future Falls visit.

do not stay here until it is remodeled

We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it did not meet the usual VRBO standards. The home is quite old and in a state of disrepair. While we understand that older homes can have their own character, this one felt more worn-out, dirty and uncared for than charming. The property managers did respond to some immediate issues we encountered, such as a filthy shower curtain and a wasp nest near the front door. However, there were numerous other problems that remained unaddressed such as a dirty refrigerator, broken doors and torn screens, no secondary locks, broken shades, tile, dishwasher & kitchen faucet and gang Graffiti on the home are some of them It took 16 days and two messages from VRBO to the property manager for them to finally reply to our letter detailing our concerns and requesting a partial refund, which they ultimately denied. Additionally, if you book a holiday weekend here, be aware of potential disruptions. The property managers use the backyards of their two adjacent VRBOs for parking, which results in frequent foot traffic past the windows throughout the day and often until late at night. This lack of privacy significantly impacts the overall enjoyment of the stay. On a positive note the location is very close to everything and very walkable to activities and the Falls Also on a positive note, the property managers mentioned plans for remodeling over the winter. Until those renovations are completed, we would not recommend staying here.

Great location close to Niagara Falls

Great walking distance to the Falls and the Clifton Hill attraction area! Probably the closest you could stay without being in a hotel! The 5 bedrooms worked well for our families and we were able to hang out together in the kitchen/dining and living room spaces. Owner was excellent about quickly responding to any questions we had, and the directions for arrival and leaving were very clearly communicated.

Perfect location to easily access the main attractions of Niagara Falls, 3 minutes to Clifton Hill and 20 minutes from the Niagra Falls, all by foot. House a little dated but and could use some updates but overall served our needs and host was very accommodating, wasn't in Niagara for the house, there for the attractions.

The location of the property is very close to the action. Only a 5 minute walk to the falls. It is not a newer home but had everything we needed with plenty of room. Parking was nice as I think you could fit cars in the driveway if needed. Had a great time!

This house was spacious for our family of 5. Clean and full of amenities. Spacious kitchen and the location to clifton hills and niagra was walking distance. The host was very nice and kept us very informed. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

The house is located at the end of the Main Street of Niagara Falls. It is a short walk through town directly to the American Falls. It is about a mile to the Horseshoe Falls. The house has plenty of beds…6…in five separate rooms. Additional couch bed in main room. Three bathrooms/two showers was very convenient. Perfect for any group needed this amount of space. The house was clean, but has the look and feel of an old house in need of some improvements. However, nothing was lacking.

Loved the walkability and ease of access. Comfortable house. Wished the bathrooms weren’t so smelly (smelly and old shower curtains and cracked vanity tops). Stains on chairs and kitchen knife was as dull as can be. But it did the job for our short stay.
