This is a nice hotel. Just behind it is the falls incline railway down to the falls and other activities. The only downside is the crowds. There was often a wait for the elevators. Also breakfast was good, but could be very crowded if you didn't arrive early. Overall I would recommend this hotel

it was not a good decision to select this hotel. they charged more than CAD 900 for a room but not given a bottle of water as complementary in the room. inadequate pillow in the room. breakfast was terrible. items were very limited and so much crowdy for even seating. only good thing is it's near the fall. I will strongly not recommending it.

Amazing staff and great amenities with the daily breakfast and drinks. However, didn’t get clean towels in our 3-night stay. And suited floors 10-18 have a separate elevator, which seems so fancy, but there is only one and it’s a nightmare at most of times of the day. Overall, great hotel though with clean rooms, great views and friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience.

Accommodating staff except the guy in the swimming pool, he doesn’t want us to get extra towels. We have small kids of course we don’t want them to get cold ,we need to dry them really good so we need more towels . Very strict!

The hotel is not suited for the amount of travellers it supports. Waiting for 30 minutes for an elevator during morning hours was common (taking the stairs is not an option when you are on the 29th floor). The breakfast buffet was a failure of crowd control with long lines , very crowded seating, and long walks to and from service areas. On top of this the hotel wasn’t even at capacity (pushing premium rooms at lower rates)…

Great hotel for one night. Obviously it’s a very large hotel and it accommodates thousands of people. So just be prepared for waits at the elevator, although it’s usually not much longer than a five minute wait, and on most floors, they have elevator attendees keeping the chaos under control. Also, the free breakfast was not worth it at all for us. Again, it was controlled chaos but just way too many people, and it was not enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful. We arrived very early and they accommodated that and upgraded us to a beautiful room on a higher floor with a beautiful view of the falls. The room was clean and quiet.

Do not trust these people. 3 different taxes/ fees now since it was illegal to call it a “tourist tax”. Upgraded us to a room that was NOT what they sold us then called us liars. Their effort to rectify was offer us the old room with no view. Free breakfast was chaos. Too many people wanting breakfast before 9:30. The time needs to be extended. Overall way too much money . Niagara Falls has become such a cash grab for non tourists. I feel sorry for the tourists.
