Waterloo Vacation Packages

This hotel is okay if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time there. The towels were very rough so I’d recommend bringing your own. The walls are thin so there was a lot of noise coming from other hotel rooms and was disrupted by a very loud alarm that went off around 9am.

I loved the location, the beds were super comfy and was so clean. Id prefer a later check out time option, and our room didnt come with a garbage can which was odd. But overall a great stay

Floors could have been cleaner. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from

Electronic entry and unique style

While the hotel is in a great location, and a very nice property, it seemed that the front desk staff was always very busy and "salesy." I appreciate the upgrade offer, but I don't need to be upsold rooms upon check-in. Otherwise, the room was great, great location and easy to walk to everywhere I wanted to go!
