The hotel was well kept, the pull out couch wasnt very comfy as you could feel the metal bars through mattress. Had to complain numerous times about people yelling in the halls, but staff did take care of it. Overall was a good stay.
ok to stay. room is old and the restroom has spider
Everything was great, except the check in wasn't as smooth as it could have been,
I was visiting University of Guelph and some friend at Kitchener. The hotel is close to highway, very convenient.
Staff is amazing, love the little bag of coffee that they left with a handwritten note; very personable. If I ever had to stay in Kitchener again, I'll definitely go back to the Walper!
It was as I expected it ok and comfortable. Inhouse restaurant was good but a bit expensive.
Awesome clean property. Will definitely stay there again next time in town.
A pleasant stay, fantastic staff, comfortable room and free parking. Easy to get to and definitely a better choice than the Holiday Inn across the street.
