We arrived on time for our check in ,but the room was not ready. We waited 30 mins for our room , after a long day moving my daughter all we wanted is to take a shower and chill before we had to go for dinner. The staff was great and the mgr came over and apologized and gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

We needed a suite for our stay and our room was large well equipped with very comfortable beds. Every staff we encountered was friendly and always ready to make the stay enjoyable.

Well, avg rooms, decent emenities. The staff was absolutely abysmal...solely as a result of one east asian lobbyist with some sort of a god complex, and absolutely no regard for the enjoyment of your stay... After my first night, in which my checkin was confirmed by a lovely slightly elder, heavy set woman with a beautiful smile, and a wonderful attitude....that was the end of any competence. "Service" became, a group of incompetent and confused women, with opposing policy regarding WATER. I was told by the 2 other seemingly decent women that i could have water bottles.....i couldnt actually believe my ears at first.... i have a kidney condition...however, the "headmaster" with acrylic nails, will ruin every aspect of your stay. She holds court over the lobby apparently, and certainly results in your stay to feel more like a relaxing white collar stint in jail, than a tranquil stay at a hotel. I was 15min late to checkout....i was called about 3 times. If you see the fair skinned, acrylic nail having, east asian appearing woman behind the lobby desk. RUN. I switched my stay to the hotel directly next door....seriously the worst experience ive ever had at a hotel.
