Unfortunately, when we arrived in our hotel room. It was not clean. There was red blood spots on the comforter. Dirt on the pillowcases. Wanted to take a shower, shower did not work. Staff was friendly and changed us to a new room, new room was not clean, it had a half used shampoo bottle on the floor of the shower, and the water did not stay warm in the shower. When we asked the front desk about it, she said that she thought there may be a problem in the boiler room. After many visits with the Hilton, this was a very disappointing visit.
