Property was great. Convenient. Beautiful views. Only thing I didn't like was parking. Valet is very difficult to get into. We could not turn in. Had to self park and circle hotel 3 times, that was very frustrating to start the trip after a 6 1/2 hour drive.

Best part of the room stay was Falls View. Loved watching Niagara falls day and night. Also enjoyed the fireworks from my room at night 10PM. Reason for giving 4 stars on service as room shampoo, body wash and conditioner was not refilled for the 2nd day as I has booked room for 2 days and I had to call thrice to get it refilled which took almost an hour. Service could have been better.

The overnight parking was very,expensive and it was too far away. The food in the buffet was not a good variation and there was too much Indonesian food in the buffet. The bathtub was very slippery and it was too dark in the shower. Some of the staff weren't very helpful and they were hard to understand.
