One of the best hotels I've ever encountered. Best one in Toronto.
Location fantastic. Property has old school class, hard to find this type of experience in the city
Roof top hot tubs were great! Although there were no towels up there... Rooms were beautiful, but small things (edging on the closet coming loose and slight gap in hardwood floor) took away from the experience. Strangest thing was I asked for a bottle of water leaving the building in the am. Great ...
The window was broken and so cold air was coming in all night. Not what I expected.
The front staff were excellent and friendly . They helped us with our luggage and questions.
Stayed here before and great hotel. Will stay again.
Fantastic in every way. Centrally located. Excellent concierge service.
